ABSTRACT

This paper presents the results of the research that crystallised in a doctoral thesis. The latter analysed the determination of the process of integration of automotive industry in Mercosur. From there analysed the conditions and prospects for political action in the region. In this analysis, we discover the effects of labour flexibility and the integration of production on working conditions and payment of workers and how those conditions were imposed by of class struggle.
